How Long we Keep your Data

Clinical and personal records are retained in line with professional guidelines: For adult clients, 7 years from the date of last contact. All records are stored securely and confidentially. Once the retention period expires, data is securely destroyed.

Data may be shared when legally required (i.e., safeguarding concerns or court orders) and with professional supervisors in anonymised form, to ensure the quality of therapy and support clinical practice.
